What’s in my life that isn’t in Heaven?
What’s in Heaven that isn’t in my life?

I’d like each of us to reflect on these two questions this week. Part of our mission is to discern, identify and separate the things that are heavenly and the things that are earthly. In our mission to bring Kingdom reign, we are empowered to bind and loose, restrain and release, silence the lies of the devil and profess the will of our King.

“I will give you the keys of heaven’s kingdom realm to forbid on earth what which is forbidden in heaven, and to release on earth that which is released in heaven.” – Matthew 16:19 TPT

In Matthew 18, Jesus goes on to say that when two or three people join their faith together and pray in agreement, He steps into their midst. Jesus is the doorway, the access point between heaven and earth. He’s saying that when you and members of your spiritual family agree, the doorway of heaven is opened wide and the presence of God comes into your midst. With God comes the elements and atmosphere of heaven and the disempowering of the spirit of this world.

Sunday I will briefly share more about this, and then we’ll break into groups. Each group will list among themselves things going on in and around their lives that are earthly, then they’ll make a list together of what’s in heaven. Together we’re going to bind the earthly things that aren’t represented in heaven and release the things of heaven in our lives. We’re going to have fun and grow together as we experience God. As always, Wellspring is a free, safe environment to practice the teachings of Jesus. If you don’t feel like sharing, just watch and see what God does. But really… Who doesn’t want more of heaven flowing in and through their lives?

His love is better than life!
Matt
