UNTIL NOW!

This is a big deal for me. I have received prophetic words about writing books for years and years (pretty much all of my life), but now — as I’m about to turn forty-nine years old — I’m finally releasing my first book. I’ll give more information on the book in a moment, but I want to encourage you to take your first step. I have been writing and sharing my writing through teaching for years, but this is the first time that I’ve officially published. This step seemed so daunting, so I researched and researched and waited and waited… never taking the first intimidating step. UNTIL NOW! Now that I’ve taken that step, I’m ready for another. What have you been possibly over-researching and over-thinking? Or what have you been procrastinating that you know is a core part of your divine design and destiny? Is there a promise you’ve been waiting to step into? Make this year your “UNTIL NOW”, the year you take your big step! Let 2022 be the year that you stepped into the Lord’s awesome path for your life.

My new book is “The Light to My Path: Bible Devotional & Reading Plan”. It includes our Wellspring Bible reading plan, along with my daily reflections to be used in your devotional time. It’s 463 pages broken down into small daily bites. The book is available on Kindle, paperback, and hardcover on Amazon. Here’s the description:

In a time of prayer, the Spirit of the Lord challenged Matt Neese, founder and pastor of Wellspring Live, to write a word of encouragement for every day of the year. Each day as he read the Bible, he would take a verse out of his reading, meditate on it, and then write a brief message. Day after day Holy Spirit revealed His faithfulness as Matt obediently read, prayed, meditated, and wrote. And each day, Matt would take what he had written and use it to pray for each and every member of Wellspring. When the year had ended, Matt had become an addict. He was addicted to the Lord and His wonderful Word, and he couldn’t imagine going back to a life less fed. The challenge had become a lifestyle.

The hope is that as you read through this book, you too will accept the challenge. You too will allow the Bible to become a light to your daily walk through this often confusing and distracting world. You will become addicted to God’s Word as it brightly lights the path ahead of you. Why continue another moment stumbling through the darkness?
