Communion & Feedback

This next Sunday, August 30th at 10:30am, we’re going to participate in communion together and then we’ll share a meal together. Originally, we were planning to break into groups to discuss the message from this past Sunday, but we’re postponing that until the following week. Bring $5 per person 12 and over to help cover breakfast tacos. If you’d prefer, you can give your $5 through the Wellspring.Live app by selecting the “communion” fund.

Instead of having a message on September 6th, we’re going to use that time to break into what we refer to as “Lab Groups”. The purpose of these groups is to use the prior message as a launch pad for discussion, application, and for ministry to one another. In the past, we would have both the message and the groups on the same Sunday; but when we saw how deep, authentic, and powerful the conversations were becoming, we felt like we needed to allow more time. Lab Groups are an integral part of our mission from God to build an interactive training ground for an immersive experience in God that is founded securely on loving God and one another.

This past Sunday we talked about The Three Generation Cycle. What I’d like from my Wellspring family members is feedback. I’m not looking for encouragement, kind words about the message, or criticism. I want to know what in the message most stuck out for you. What would you like to discuss more? What point did you feel the Spirit pointing at for you to chew on some more? You may have multiple points. Feel free to send more than one, but give me at least one point that jumped out. I’d like to see what everyone thinks, and I’d like to use your feedback to help develop the strategy for our Lab Groups. Also, I know the message had A LOT of content, so your feedback will let me know if we need to focus more on specific parts.

Thank you! I can’t wait to read what God puts on your heart in response to the message. We’re all in this together and we’re going to grow together.

His love is better than life!
Matt
