We give because Jesus gave first. Long before any law, Abraham encountered Christ as Melchizedek—who brought bread, wine, blessing, and victory. In response, Abraham gave a tenth of all he had. That’s the heart of giving: Jesus provides, and we respond in faith.
Tithing isn’t about pressure—it’s about partnership. Jesus affirmed the tithe as part of a life shaped by faith. We don’t give to earn anything—we give because we’ve already received everything in Him. Every gift we give is a declaration: Blessed be God Most High, who has defeated our enemies for us.
