This coming Saturday we’re excited to have Lewis and Rachel Hogan joining us. I’ve had the opportunity to get to know this amazing couple through the North Texas Prayer Alliance. Each month Lewis and Rachel gather prayer warriors to pray for revival in the DFW Metroplex, our state, and the nation.
After pastoring for 25 years, Lewis and Rachel Hogan birthed United Cry in October of 2012. Founded with the mandate to protect life, promote the role of pastors in America, and to pray for revival and awakening, United Cry uniquely focuses on pastors and churches to take responsibility for the spiritual condition of America. United Cry has hosted 2 national prayer gatherings with pastors and spiritual leaders at the National Mall in Washington, D.C. These national gatherings focused on pastors being a voice in the culture and leading our nation in repentance. United Cry also held a Texas state-wide prayer gathering called Praying at the Heart of Texas, which was the first of 50 state-wide prayer gatherings in the heart of each state.
In addition, Lewis and Rachel are founders of DFW Prays, a network of 500 churches in the Dallas Metroplex that covers government, culture, and churches in continuous night and day prayer. Each week United Cry sends out prayer alerts concerning our nation, life, and revival that reaches over 30,000 pastors and leaders. Each Thursday Lewis hosts a national prayer call to pray for the nation. Lewis has founded the J2 Project which equips lay people and churches for times of crisis by bringing resources, chaplains, training, and prayer together. In addition to being Founder/President of United Cry, Lewis and Rachel also serve on the board of America Prays which unites over 20,000 churches in the U.S. to five prayer points for government, revival, and reconciliation.
Can’t wait to see what they bring on Saturday! Service starts at 5:30pm. Bring your friends and come ready to advance together.
Seeking His face!
